On Saturday, September 26, Alexander Montessori School welcomed prospective families to our Elementary Campus for a special Open House celebrating the Montessori journey from Preschool through Grade 5. Throughout the morning, families had the opportunity to meet our teachers and school leadership, explore our classrooms and learning spaces, and experience firsthand the Montessori lessons and materials that are at the heart of an Alexander education. More than simply introducing families to our campuses and curriculum, the Open House offered a closer look at the philosophy that has guided Alexander Montessori for generations. Through hands-on learning, thoughtfully prepared environments, and teachers who recognize and nurture each child’s individual strengths, our program encourages students to become independent, curious, confident, and engaged learners. Families were also able to discover how the Montessori method evolves as children grow, building strong academic foundations while fostering responsibility, creativity, collaboration, and a genuine love of learning. We are grateful to all of the families who joined us and to our faculty and staff for sharing what makes the Alexander experience so special. As we look ahead to the 2027–2028 school year, we are excited to welcome a new generation of Alexander students and families into our community and to continue inspiring children to Learn to Love to Learn.
