Complete your application
Families apply by completing and submitting the online form, including all necessary information and documents. A $250 Application Fee is required to submit your child’s application. For Elementary students, an additional $200 admissions assessment fee applies as part of the review process.
Student visit & assessment
As we learn more about your child, we take time to thoughtfully review developmental readiness providing each child an environment that nurtures independence, joy, and a love of learning.
Toddler and Preschool applicants are invited for a Meet & Greet, while Elementary students participate in an on-campus assessment. This process helps us understand each child’s readiness and ensure a strong and appropriate fit within our learning environment.
Admissions decision
Once all steps are complete, our Admissions Committee carefully reviews each student’s application. We thoughtfully consider each child to support a strong and appropriate fit within our school community. You will receive your decision by email, along with guidance on next steps.
Complete enrollment
If offered admission, families secure enrollment by signing the Enrollment Contract (with all required signatures) and submitting a $2,000 non-refundable deposit, applied toward tuition, within 10 days of the offer. This step confirms your child’s space and supports a smooth start to the school year.

Admission to Alexander Montessori School depends on both the child’s fit for our program and space availability in the requested classroom. The Committee considers developmental readiness, social-emotional fit, teacher feedback, prior school experience (if applicable), and cohort balance.
No. Applications are reviewed holistically, and admission depends on program fit and available space. Some programs fill quickly and may move qualified applicants into a wait pool.
