Proposal for New LEED Buildings at the Ludlam Road Campus

Our Palmetto Bay, Old Cutler Road, and Ludlam Road Campuses each reside within the Village of Palmetto Bay, a municipality within Miami-Dade County, Florida. We are in the midst of an application with the Village of Palmetto Bay to A) expand the number of students we can have at our Ludlam Road Campus and B) to replace two buildings with new LEED-certified sustainable buildings.
