What a fun science lesson!  Some of our Lower School children studied exothermic chemical reactions.  They combined hydrogen peroxide, self-rising yeast, and dish soap.  This combination created tiny bubbles filled with oxygen that separated from the hydrogen and were caught by the dish soap.  The energy released from this exchange created heat!  The children loved seeing this reaction happen!
