Two Alexander Montessori Alumni were recognized as National AP Scholars, the highest honor awarded by The College Board.  Anna Mistele and Ilija Wan-Simm, both AMS Class of 2012, are seniors at Ransom Everglades.  Each earned an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of those exams.

Two more AMS Alumni from Class of 2012, Arianna Gonzalez and Carlos Souffront, were recognized as AP Scholars with Distinction, meaning they received at least a 3.5 average score on all of their AP Exams, and a 3 or above on at least five.
