The Village of Palmetto Bay Mayor Cunningham, Council Member Fiore, and other members of the Palmetto Bay Parks and Recreation Department visited Alexander Montessori School’s Ludlam Road Campus, Palmetto Bay Campus, and Old Cutler Road Campus for a ladybug release in the gardens! Students learned that ladybugs are good bugs that help plants by eating other harmful insects such as aphids, which are harmful and will damage plants.  They also sang a ladybug song and helped release hundreds of ladybugs into the gardens around Campus!
