5th Grade Students Dive into Marine Science with a Visit to Marine Lab

Our 5th-grade students had an exciting visit to Marine Lab. They immersed themselves in the wonders of marine science through hands-on learning experiences. This educational adventure is designed to bring classroom concepts to life, fostering curiosity and a deeper understanding of the natural world. The day was full of engaging activities including collecting marine organisms for observation and discussion, giving students an up-close look at the areas incredible biodiversity. In addition, students will gain real-world scientific skills by testing water quality parameters both on land and in the field. This field trip exemplifies the power of experiential learning, offering our students the opportunity to connect with nature, engage in environmental stewardship, and cultivate a lifelong love for science.
