Sand Day was a success! Our Preschoolers got a special treat from our wonderful APA!
Elementary children learned about the water cycle and created a diagram in class. They also learned about the importance of conserving water.
It may not snow in Miami, but that didn't stop our Preschoolers from making their own. The Preschoolers got messy and “snowy” making snowmen by combining baking soda and conditioner to make fake snow.
Mrs. Batlle, an Alexander parent, is an astronomer and spent time zooming with our Fifth Graders to talk about the Chandra X-Ray Observatory.
After 35 amazing years, we said a bittersweet goodbye Ody Fernandez, our Ludlam Road Campus Secretary. We appreciate Ody and her decades of fixing scraped knees, wiping away tears, reassuring parents, and being one of the School’s longtime “rocks!” She does everything with a loving heart and a smile on her face.
Just before Winter Break our Preschoolers celebrated the holidays and winter by coming to school in their pajamas and spending the day playing games!
On December 18th, our Middle School Prep students had their Annual Kickball Game. This year it was Fourth graders against the Fifth graders!
The Elementary Orientation Act 2: ALUMNI PARENT PERSPECTIVE was held on Wednesday, December 9th and was a great success!
Although this year is different, it did not stop the our Preschoolers from participating in their Annual Food Drive to St. Augustine Church!
